Dina Casares
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Dina Casares is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Simple Medical Staffing, a healthcare workforce solutions company focused on helping skilled nursing and post-acute care organizations build stable, high-performing clinical teams through staffing and strategic partnerships.
With more than two decades of healthcare experience, Dina brings together clinical practice and executive leadership. She began her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant, advanced to become a Licensed Vocational Nurse, and has served in leadership roles across home care, home health, and skilled nursing.
Her leadership philosophy centers on integrity, accountability, innovation, and service. She is building Simple Medical Staffing as a partnership-focused strategic resource for providers seeking stronger teams, more resilient operations, and better care for the people they serve.
